Firstly all loose paint is removed along with any mould and mildew with a high pressure water washer. Then any larger holes, chips or cracks in the concrete are patched then cleaned. Lastly 3 coats of quality outdoor paint is applied and the immediate area cleared of weeds with fresh sand placed around the edges.
